Arvind updates on scheme of arrangement

Files High Court approval order with RoC, Gujarat on 14 May 2015

Arvind announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat has sanctioned the Composite Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of demerger and transfer of Real Estate Undertaking of Arvind to Arvind Infrastructure. A certified copy of the Order of the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat sanctioning the Scheme of arrangement as aforesaid has been filed with the office of Registrar of Companies, Gujarat on 14 May 2015.
