Asian Granito India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 August 2014, to consider raising of funds by way of Preferential issue and other means, to fix the day, date, time and place of holding of 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year 2013-14, and fix book closure for AGM.
