Assam Petrochemicals announced that Shyam Lal Mewara, IAS and Hemanga Kishore Sharma, IAS have been appointed as members of the Board of Directors of the Company in place of V. B. Pyarelal, IAS and R. T. Jindal, IAS respectively with immediate effect.
