AU Small Finance Bank allots 1.71 lakh equity shares under ESOP

AU Small Finance Bank has allotted 1,71,803 equity shares on 26 November 2020 under ESOP. The paid-up equity share capital of the Bank has increased from Rs. 306,53,97,410 consisting of 30,65,39,741 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 306,71,15,440 consisting of 30,67,11,544 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each.
