Aurionpro Solutions will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 6 August 2018, to consider and approve, inter alia, the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2018 and approval of Audited Accounts of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2018, after giving effect to the demerger of its non-core business into its subsidiary Trejhara Solutions Limited
