Autopal Industries to hold board meeting

Autopal Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 August 2014, to approve the Balance Sheet, Profit and loss account along with Schedule and notes to account and the Cash Flow Statement, for the Financial Year ended 31 March 2014, to approve the appointment of statutory auditors in place of existing auditors, to approve the draft notice for calling of the twenty seventh annual general meeting of the Company, and decide the book closure dates.
