Avon Corporation shifts its registered office

Avon Corporation announced that its board of directors in the meeting held on 14 February 2014 have decided to shift its registered office from DLH Park (Commercial Premises), Office No 1106, 11th Floor, S V Road, Near MTNL, Goregaon West Mumbai - 400067 to 15/B, 2nd Floor, Kamal Kunj, S V Road, Irla Bridge, Andheri (West), Mumbai -400058 and have authorized to file Form No 18 with Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra. Further, the company has decided to renew the fixed Deposits receipts of cumulative and non- cumulative nature to all existing fixed deposit holders
