Avon Organics announces change in company secretary

With effect from 01 October 2014

Avon Organics announced that Sunipa Ghosh, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer is no longer in the services of the Company with effect from 01 October 2014.

Further, Rajendra Kaimal, Director will act as the Compliance Officer until a new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer is appointed as required under section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
