Axis Bank allots 5450 equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 5,450 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each 25.06.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,58,70,472 (256,79,35,236 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,58,81,372 (256,79,40,686 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
