Axis Bank allots 69,585 equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 69,585 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 23 October 2017, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 479,54,69,048 (239,77,34,524 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 479,56,08,218 (239,78,04,109 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
