Axis Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank announced that the Bank has allotted 5,02,105 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on December 22, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up shore capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 4,72,53,36,366 (2,36,26,68,183 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 472,63,40,576 (236,31,70,288 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
