Axis Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank announced that the Bank has allotted 31,855 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 22 June 2015 pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 474,98,34,914 (237,49,17,457 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 474,98,98,624 (237,49,49,312 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
