Board of Lupin approves raising funds up to Rs 7500 crore

At meeting held on 22 June 2015

Lupin announced that the Board of Directors, at their meeting held on 22 June 2015, approved in principle, the raising of funds up to Rs. 7500 crore through issue of Securities i.e., Equity Shares, GDRs, ADRs, Convertible Bonds, Equity linked instruments, etc. as may be appropriate.

Enabling approval of the shareholders to the above shall be sought at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 23 July 2015.
