Under ESOP
Axis Bank has allotted 2,21,405 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 25 August 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,30,65,106 (237,65,32,553 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,35,07,916 (237,67,53,958 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
