Axis Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 1,02,860 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 29 January 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,95,03,772 (237,97,51,886 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,97,09,492 (237,98,54,746 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
