Axis Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 71,235 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 02 February 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,97,09,492 (237,98,54,746 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,98,51,962 (237,99,25,981 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
