AXIS Bank will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 26 April 2018, to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Bank, for the Quarter /Financial Year ending as on March 31, 2018, recommend final dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2017-18, approve the borrowing/raising funds in Indian Currency / Foreign Currency by issue of debt Instruments including but not limited to bonds and Non-Convertible Debentures, and approve the convening of 24th Annual General Meeting of the Bank and matters related thereto.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
