Balaji Amines announced that India Ratings & Research has upgraded the company's long term issuer rating to IND AA- from IND A+. The Outlook is Stable. The instrument wise rating action are given below :

Term loans - IND AA- / Stable (upgraded)
Fund based working capital facilities - IND AA-/Stable ; IND A1+ (long term upgraded and short term affirmed)
Non fund based working capital facilities - IND A1+ (affirmed)
