Bandhan Bank allots 7318 equity shares under ESOP

Bandhan Bank has allotted 7318 equity shares under ESOP on 18 May 2021. Post allotment, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Bank stands increased from Rs. 1610,60,72,370 /- comprising of 161,06,07,237 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up to Rs. 1610,61,45,550 /- comprising of 161,06,14,555 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up.
