Bandhan Bank allots 9766 equity shares under ESOP

Bandhan Bank has allotted 9766 equity shares under ESOP on 20 July 2022. Post allotment, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Bank stands increased from Rs. 1610,78,62,710/- comprising of 161,07,86,271 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up to Rs. 1610,79,60,370/- comprising of 161,07,96,037 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up.
