Bank of Maharashtra announces cessation of director

With effect from 18 August 2016

Bank of Maharashtra announced that Sanjeev Jain, who was appointed as Part time Non-Official Director of the Bank for a period of three years by the Central Government vide its notification dated 19 August 2013, in terms of Section 9(3)(h) and (3A) of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/1980, is ceased to be a Director of the Bank with the closing of business hours on 18 August 2016 consequent upon completion of his term of Office.
