Biocon appoints director

With effect from 26 April 2016

Biocon announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed M. Damodaran as Additional Independent Director of the Company, at its meeting held on 26 April 2016, at Bangalore. He will hold office upto the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting, where in his appointment as Director will be placed before the shareholders for approval.
