Birla Cotsyn India announces change in company secretary

With effect from 01 April 2016

Birla Cotsyn India announced that Vineeta Shah, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company resigned due to personal reason with effect from 31 March 2016 and Asish Narayan is appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 April 2016.
