With effect from 19 September 2014
Aban Offshore announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 September 2014, has made the following changes to the Board:1. Deepa Reji Abraham has been appointed as an Additional Director. (Non-independent)
2. Subhashini Chandran has been appointed as an Additional Director (Independent).
C. P. Gopalkrishnan who has hitherto been Deputy Managing Director, CFO & Secretary has relinquished his responsibility as Company Secretary. However, he will continue to be Deputy Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer.
S. N. Balaji has been appointed as Company Secretary (designated as Senior Manager(Legal) & Secretary) effective from 19 September 2014.
