Board of ABB India recommends final dividend

ABB India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8 February 2018, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4.4 per equity Share (i.e. 220%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
