Board of Aegis Logistics recommends third interim dividend

Aegis Logistics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 March 2016, inter alia, have recommended the third interim dividend of Rs 0.3 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
