Board of Akme Star Housing Finance approves conversion of warrants

At meeting held on 09 January 2018

The Board of Akme Star Housing Finance at its meeting held on 09 January 2018 have approved the conversion of 2.10 lakh warrant into equivalent number of equity shares. This allotment has increased the equity share capital of the company to Rs 12.07 crore dividend into 1,20,79,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
