Board of Allied Computers International (Asia) approves stock split

At meeting held on 04 July 2014

Allied Computers International (Asia) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 July 2014, has decided the following matters:

1. Approved sub-division of equity shares. Every shareholders holding 1 (One) equity share of Rs. 10/- each will be allotted 10 (Ten) equity share of Re. 1/- each.

2. To hold the Shareholders meeting in due course.
