Apis India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 01 September 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following;- Approved the recommendation of dividend payable to the Preference Shareholders of the Company for FY 2013-2014. Further, no dividend on Equity Shares has been recommended by the Board and decided to retain for future plans.
