Board of Arshiya withdraws proposal for preferential issue of warrants

At meeting held on 16 November 2018

The Board of Arshiya at its meeting held on 16 November 2018 has decided to withdraw Preferential Issue of upto 8,00,000 Warrants carrying an entitlement to subscribe to an equivalent number of equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each on preferential basis to Non Promoters.
