Srikalahasti Pipes announces cessation of nominee director

With effect from 16 October 2014

Srikalahasti Pipes announced that Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation has withdrawn its nominee Director Anita Rajendra, IAS from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 16 October 2014 and the Company has received a letter dated 16 October 2014 from Anita Rajendra tendering her resignation from the position of Directorship of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Accordingly, Anita Rajendra ceases to be Director of the Company w.e.f. 16 October 2014.
