Board of Balmer Lawrie & Company approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 14 January 2021

The Board of Balmer Lawrie & Company on 14 January 2021 has approved the cessation of Shyam Singh Mahar (DIN: 08511166) as Non-Executive, Government Nominee Director of the Company with effect from 14 January, 2021, owing to withdrawal of his nomination by the Administrative Ministry- Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, (MoPNG), Government of India. The Board also approved the Mrityunjay Jha (DIN: 08483795) as Non-Executive, Government Nominee Director of the Company with effect from l4 January, 2021 pursuant to nomination by the Administrative Ministry- MoPNG, Government ofIndia.
