Under Rights issue
The Board of Balrampur Chini Mills has allotted 360 Equity Shares of Re.1 each of the Company at a price of Rs. 26 per Equity Share (including premium of Rs. 25 per Equity Share) on rights basis at their meeting held on 15th September, 2017, subject to In-principal approval for listing and trading from the Stock Exchanges and other regulatory formalities.
