Board of Bharti Infratel approves shifting of registered office

At meeting held on 17 January 2018

The Board of Bharti Infratel approved the shifting of Registered Office of the Company from National Capital Territory of Delhi to State of Haryana, subject to the approval of shareholders by way of postal ballot, Central Government (Power delegated to Regional Director) and any other regulatory authority (ies) as may be necessary.
