Board of Biocon approves transfer of biosimilars business to Biocon Biologics

At meeting held on 21 August 2017

The Board of Biocon at its meeting held on 21 August 2017 has approved the following -

Transfer of Biosimilars business of the Company by way of a slump sale as 'going concern' to Biocon Biologics India, a step down subsidiary of the Company subject to approval of shareholders of the company and other statutory and regulatory approvals.
