Stylam Industries announced that the Board of Directors are intending to consolidate the existing business operations with other Company operating in the same business segment either by of way of merger, acquisition or otherwise by complying with all relevant provisions of Law of the Land.To consider the above, inter alia, the Board meeting will be held on 28 August 2017 at Registered Office of the Company.
