Bronze Infra-Tech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 October 2015, has approved the following matters:

1. Pritesh Kumar Naranbhai Solanki appointed as an Additional Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

2. Resignation of Punit Sureka and Goutam Gupta, Directors of the Company.

3. Resignation of Amit Bansal, Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

4. The Board also discusses the future development & expansion of business.
