Board of Cerebra Integrated Technologies allots 8 lakh shares on conversion of warrants

At meeting held on 21 December 2018

The Board of Cerebra Integrated Technologies at its meeting held on 21 December 2018 has allotted 8 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants.

Subsequent to the aforesaid allotment, the Paid up Capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 1,20,38,64,820/- to Rs. 1,21,18,64,820/- comprising of 1,21,11,86,482 Equity Shares of Face value of Rs. 10/- each. The Shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group has increased from 5.642% to 6.27% of the total Paid up Share Capital of the Company.
