Board of Chandra Prabhu International appoints director

Chandra Prabhu International announced that Sanjay Goel has been resigned from the Directorship of the Company and Jagdish Jhunjhunwala appointed as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 29 May 2015, by the Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting held on 29 May 2015.
