To wind-up Datamatics Global Services GmbH and Datamatics Global Solutions GmbH with effect from 15 June 2015

Datamatics Global Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company have decided to wind-up Datamatics Global Services GmbH and Datamatics Global Solutions GmbH, subsidiaries of the Company with effect from 15 June 2015 and have commenced the process of winding-up of these subsidiaries in Germany.
