The Board of Divis Laboratories at its meeting held on 04 January 2020 has approved the following -

Appointment of Dr Ramesh B V Nimmagadda, Independent Director as Non Executive Chairman of the Company with effect from 01 April 2020.

Appointment of K.V. Chowdary (DIN: 08485334) as an Additional Director (Independent Director) of the Company with effect from 04 January, 2020.
