Board of Educomp Solutions approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 28 May 2015

Educomp Solutions announced Shonu Chandra, Independent- Non Executive Director of the Company has resigned, w.e.f. 29 May 2015, from the board of the Company. Further, the board of directors of the Company in their meeting held on 28 May 2015 has appointed Azra S. Hasan, as Director, in the Category of Independent- Non Executive Director.
