Board of Elder Health Care appoints company secretary & compliance officer

At meeting held on 15 May 2014

Elder Health Care announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2014, appointed Prem Iyer as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 15 May 2014 in place of Vijendra Jain, who has resigned from the Company.
