Board of FCS Software Solutions approves allotment of warrants

At meeting held on 14 October 2014

FCS Software Solutions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 October 2014, approved allotment of 14,00,00,000 Warrants convertible into equivalent number of Equity Shares on a preferential basis, ranking pari passu with the existing equity shares, to promoter and non-promoter group.
