Board of GIVO appoints director

GIVO announced that the Board of the Directors of the Company have appointed Ajay Srivastava as Vice Chairman and Non- Executive Director of the Company in their Board Meeting held on 28 May 2016, subject to the approval of members in the ensuing 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
