At meeting held on 13 June 2016

Glance Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 June 2016, inter-alia took the following decisions

1. Considered and noted the resignation of Bharmal Lodha, Independent Director w.e.f. 31 May 2016 (as per regulation 25 of LODR, 2015).
