Gujarat Metallic Coal & Coke announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 November 2014, had approved following changes in the Board of Directors:

1. Appointment of Raj Narayan Yadav as an additional Director on the Board.

2. Resignation of Sunil Ranjan Sarker as Director of the Company.
