At meeting held on 18 September 2015
Hindustan Zinc announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 September 2015, has approved the following :-1. Appointment of Sunil Duggal as CEO & Whole-time Director of the Company w.e.f. 01 October 2015, for a period of 3 years.
2. Extension in the tenure of Akhilesh Joshi as Whole-time Director of the Company for a further period of one year w.e.f. 01 October 2015.
3. Resignation of R. Kannan as Director from the Board, due to his pre-occupation.
