Board of Hotel Leela Venture accepts resignation of director

At meeting held on 22 September 2015

Hotel Leela Venture announced that Vikram Singh Mehta, Independent Director, has tendered his resignation from the Board in view of his other commitments. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 22 September 2015, has accepted his resignation with immediate effect.

The Board placed on record its deep appreciation for the valuable contributions of Vikram Singh Mehta during his tenure with the Company.
