Board of IDFC approves corporate restructuring

Three subsidiaries to merger with IDFC

The Board of IDFC at its meeting held on 06 February 2020 as part of simplification of corporate structure, have considered and approved the merger IDFC Alternatives, IDFC Trustee Company and IDFC Projects (wholly owned subsidiary companies) into IDFC (Holding Company) subject to regulatory approvals from various authorities, as applicable.
